There should be something like a tenancy board or an agency that handles trailer regulations. Go to them and get a copy of the codes. Also tell them what's been going on. If the landlord is indeed violating the code, I'd file a complaint. It would help if you could get other renters to do the same.

There is a code enforcement dept. at your local courthouse. Also if septic tanks are involved you contact the environmental health dept. If you want to know what the code is for anything contact your local planning and zoning dept. They have the code book and will make copies of what you want. some charge for this. m

go buy a house or rent apartment! you can stir up the water but once it get nasty the lanlord know who you are and they will make it imposible for you to live there...
