Why don't you make your own website? Go to http://www.addyour.net and register for an account. Log in to cPanel. Select Fantastico and install WordPress. Its a blogging script. Install it in the root directory. That is install it in "/". You can post all your written work there. In wordpress. If you are unable to understand, let me know.

Check out http://www.fictionpress.com/. It's a website that allows you to submit your stories for free, or there is an enhanced services that's $5 a month that has some extra features. I've had success there, people have read and reviewed my works.

There r a lot of such websites but its the blog space thats on a role so u would be better off posting blogs on various sites like yahoo or msn or such special sites like www.bloggers.com
