The arbor on your table saw will either tilt left away from the fence or it will tilt right towards the fence.It will tilt at diffrent angles from 0 to 45 degrees. It can also be used with your miter guage to cut compound angles.Take your time and be careful and you will find many uses for both the tilting arbor and the miter guage
