I thought there was only one song called Goldfinger, sung by Shirley Bassey in the James Bond film.

I don't have to live in Singapore to answer this, "Goldfinger" is the theme from the James Bond (surely they have HIM in Singapore?) movie of the same name.....And the deliciously wonderful Shirley Bassey (a British singer, not Singaporean) belted that one out.
There's also a band named "Goldfinger" but I dislike their tunes, no rock, no roll. Oh wait, you probably don't have that in Singapore, either.
