Someone standing inside a Pizza shop with a visible glass door oven w/ a pizza inside w/melting cheese. And a clock big clock on wall. And a sign that says "Pizza in 5 minutes" and a man looking (patron) looking at the big wall clock with little sweat on forhead in Archie style frustration . . or a hungry look. . like chewing corner of lip . .or licking lip.

Ooo ! My answer's the BEST. I am VERY good with telling a story visually. I used to design Foreign Language cards like Flashcards like this. Make sure patron looks like patron if you decide to also draw a Pizza shop worker or owner.

Ooo Everyone else is so Cliche' so bourgousie so trite. I love myself.

Are you doing FL cards also? What are you doing ?

Maybe Definitely on the clock put a 'start' on every five minutes starting from 12: and a picture of a miniature 'bell' five minutes after that. . and draw the hand at minute 3 between the two points.

Go to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, any branch, any day of the week and take a picture of the people in line and the people sitting in rows of chairs for the number to be called and you will have captured the idea of "waiting".

Something that has to do with the Army. Ever heard the saying "hurry up and wait"? It comes from the Army.

Good question. Good luck!

A ripped image with a dagger stabbed via it...i don't recognize. i wager it relies upon on a approach of artwork you're going after, and a time period. i'd be finished of techniques if I knew a touch more suitable.
