Extreme nausea, sleepy and feeling 'high'. I was so spaced out I couldn't do anything, and yet they never killed my kidney/back pain. I had to stop taking them eventually and go back to lots of aspirin.

I'm a drug therapist and no Tramadol (Ultram) will not show on a Nida 5 panel test. 5 test is for: Marijuana Opium Cocaine Amphetamine PCP Now, the opium is for things like Heroin, and Morphine (Non-Sulfate) a OXY9 Bundle tests for Oxy and Hydrocodone OXY either Sulfate (MS Contin) or non-sulfate. So unless you're taking a NIDA 15/21 test which you said you werent you hae no problems. I give drug tests to people on average of 3 times a week and 2 patients I have are on Tramadol because it's a non narcotic painkiller, and it's never showed on any test and we test for the NIDA 5 and OXY bundle 9 tests, plus Benzos. Hope all that helped you oh, as someone thinks there is no such job. Allow me to change the first sentence of the answer. I'm a therapist who works with addicts. Hope that helped clarify things.

I use tramadol along with co-codamol and diclofenac. This combination works reasonably well most of the time as far as pain control is concerned, but does have its drawbacks. I haven't noticed any withdrawal symptoms when I have been able to cut the painkillers back, but I do have very heavy sweats at times when taking them and the worst thing is almost total loss of sensation in the genitals when I'm taking maximum dosages through the day.

I haven't had problems with withdrawal but after taking it for 2-3 days i start to be unable to sleep and feel anxious. I have other pain medications so the Tramadol is only as needed when the pain is extremely bad. I avoid taking it unless i absolutely have to the side effects are not pleasant. I have begun to see artical s about Tramadol and addiction. Check the web for some good information. Type in Tramadol addiction, you'll be supprised at what you find.

I've taken it.I did'nt take it long because it did'nt work for me.
I needed something stronger. Maybe you should talk to your doctor. I'd try something else.

I hate the way they make me feel but they do work good. They also give me terrible headaches.
