I think Rupert Grint, who plays Ron, is the most talented actor of the trio but I really pity him as he must cringe with how Ron has been so dumbed down in the films. In the novels, Ron is loyal, determined and will do whatever it takes to support his friends but in the films, he is dense, cowardly and pathetic (the scriptwriter has done this no doubt to make Hermione, his favourite character, look positively wonderful in comparison).
I love Ron in the books, I like Rupert Grint but I loathe Ron of the films.

i thikn ron is a sweet char.,funny. but i dun like rupert. i mean,he 's too laidback compared 2 emma watson n dan radcliffe. i think he is less n less like book ron. esp. d way d ron/mione r'ship is goin..it's like emma n rup. make it so out as a couple,whet. it's them/their charac.

Gosh I love this kid. I can't see him enough on screen. I really wish they would increase his role because he's just too adorable. Rupert is too sweet!!!!!
