Because the northeast coast of Canada stretches a few hundred miles further into the Atlantic Ocean. So to accommodate New Newfoundland and the Labrador coast they created the Atlantic time zone. On the Pacific most of the North American coastline is very straight except for Alaska. So except for Alaska the Pacific Coast of North America, including Baja California have Pacific time zone. Alaska and the majority of the Aleutians are in the Alaskan time zone, and Hawaii and the western most Aleutians share the same time zone. I hope that answers your question.

DMX over Biggie?! That aside i'd say neither. both were lacking in sturdy music. If I had to p.c.. one i'd say West because they look to have some skills arising like Nippsey and Jay Rock. Midwest and the South are the position that is at in the present day.
