i thought i actually had the freedom of speach, i now know that is not true.

You do have freedom of speech.

However freedom is not license. You may say anything that you please. However, you should not say anything that insults, nor offends, nor causes danger to others around you. You may do, or say, anything that you please, as long as is does not cause harm, nor hurt, nor injure anyone else. The usual example of this is that you would not shout "FIRE!" in a crowded theater, nor restaurant. But if you extrapolate this to the object in question, Yahoo!Answers, then you should try to control the language which you are using..

Freedom of speech is not fully covering all forms of speech.
porn, "fighting words," libel, slander, are just a few of the unprotected forms of speech by Supreme Court standards.
