Get to a doctor, they will setup a routine checkup plan throughout the pregancy ensures that you and your baby are ok.
If you smoke, drink, do drugs, STOP.
Eat healthy, but now is not the time to diet.
Make plans, get things ready, look for sales on diapers, get a lot of them. You will need bottles, infant seats, onezee's (sp?), infant nail clippers. Ask your doctor for any suggestions, if you are alone (i.e. without experienced help like a mother to ask advice) look for a pregancy support group either real or internet.
No matter what, relax and enjoy, you will go through the every emotion in the book, it is normal. One moment you will be happy the next you will be freaking out. You can read all sorts of books, but don't let any of them scare you, stay away from reading stuff about things going wrong.
Pregnancy is normal, we have been doing it for 10's of thousands of years. It should be the biggest blessing of your entire life. Congratulations to you and your husband.
To the answer directly following mine: What in the world are you talking about! If you had half a clue you would know she has been trying to get pregnant with her husband (as described in questions earlier this week). Therefore is probably not in a irresponsible position as to now have to get any government handouts you can think of. I hate you lib's give me, give me, give me. What about personal responsibilty, why is your first assumption, poor, fatherless, needing the goverment to help?

That depends on whether or not you want to BE pregnant, you didn't mention your age so I'll assume you are 18 or older, if you want to be pregnant, do everything you can to have a healthy baby, if not, you should have thought of prevention BEFORE getting pregnant, if that is the case, have the baby and put him/her up for adoption, in my world abortion is never an option. I do wish you well, try praying, listen to the answer God will plant in your heart. All things have a way of working out.

First talk to it with an adult you trust. You need sound mature advice from someone other than friends. Friend can be very supportive but, with a truck load like this, they can be a little unknowing what to do or say like now.
If this is something you didn't plan for, ask yourself how this happened and what I didn't do that I should of? Where is the guy? and will he be there for me? If you answers are disappointing to you, make better choices. trust me when I tell you, sex is great but, if you are not ready for a the adult responsibility- wait!

Call the doctor to make a pre-natal appointment!
Start taking vitamin supplements that include folic acid (they reduce the risk of certain types of birth defects like spina bifida).
Avoid smoking, drinking & recreational drugs ... and try to eat healthy, since you are now eating for two!
Have a great nine months!
Congratulations!

Wait a few months and then give birth.
Actually, my wife found out she was pregnent really early and the doctor told her to wait at least 8 weeks before making an appointment. There isn't much to do till then

Three options. 1) If this is a wanted baby, give birth, change diapers, lose sleep, love it like crazy forever. 2) If unwanted and you do not believe in abortion, find a legitimate adoption agency. 3) If unwanted and abortion causes you no concern (This is your body, life, and choice.), find the nearest clinic ASAP.

OMG do you really have to ask?
Make yourself an appointment with an OB doctor and all questions you have make sure you ask the doctor since they are the medical professional.

What to do depends on a lot of variables. Things like how old are you? do you want a child? Do you work? Do you have support? I would guess that you're young because of your question on this forum.
