Not possible.

All words are built around vowel (long humming ONLY affected by how open your mouth is and how round your lips are).

When "y" is used as a vowel, it is there in place of "e" or "i".

You can, however, have a word that is only vowel and no consonants. "I", "a", "aye", "eye", etc.
