The DVD burning software comes free with your DVD writer drive.
( that is if you purchase it from the store )

http://www.bearshare.com/downloads.htm click on free and install this then search for the movie make sure you have windows mediua player 10 if u wanna watch it on that but u have to have it to burn cd's or i heard of www.limewire.com but i dont know anything about it. but bearshare is free to download movies.
