Just so many guys i know say they get things tougher growing up.I just wondered if this was the case in high school too?Ive known loads of guys say they did but never girls.Seems sexist almost.

ok well that suprises me guys..my high school was easy.never ever got paddled!not sure whos ansew is best yet !!!lol

Well back when i was in school from about the first to the 4th. They diden use a paddle they used a switch or a limb what ever you want to call it and YES girls got the limb too. I remember when I was in the 3rd. grade I get a wiping and back then it woulden just 3 or 4 licks it was you get the heII beat out of ya. After a wiping you would pack stripes for 3 days and then when you got home you would get it again from your mom or dad. Kids today don't have a clue they should bring back thew switch you woulden see all of this shi* goin on in school if it was like it was when i was in school

I think anyone is subjected to paddling, if their parents have signed the release forms, stating they will allow their child to get paddled, I really do doubt now that high schools would try ot paddle a teenager. I know even at the elementary school where I work, they try to refrain from that due to all the increased paperwork they have to fill out. They have to fill out 4 different forms when they paddle a child, and 3 people have to be present. They also have to notify the parents via telephone after they have paddled a child, most just suspend the child and send them home for a few days.

Well, in Florida, you have to sign a paper stating whether your children can recieve corporal punishement (paddlings)...my best friend got paddled in high school, (she was bad to the bone!) So, I guess it depends on what parents think.

In this small town that I grew up both sexes got paddled in high school!
