Never got one in chat. but it looks like it could be legit. but I wouldnt trust it. Its a real looking Yahoo sign in page but as someone above said Yahoo dosen't have .4t in it that I know of eather. If it is bogus and you sign in there they will have your account and password. Please contact Yahoo by some other means and report this.

Some one reported me for reporting them.
They had really bad language and this is a public forum with children so I reported them.

My report was sent as an e-mail which I responded to.
I even had a copy of the other person's "Question" (which had been removed) and Yahoo sent me an apology and told me they deleted the other persons Yahoo account, because he reported many just to harasses people.

If you did nothing wrong contact Yahoo directly at
answers-abuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com

Because this link did not come directly from Yahoo, Copy and Paste as much information as you can give them. even your origional question would be helpful to see if it's really ligit.

This is definitely a scam. You can trace the server in the link that you were given back to China: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ipall.ch?domain=202.43.211.251. The Yahoo Abuse site for registering a complaint is at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/abuse/. Do a check on this server and you can see that it's located in the Bay Area in California: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ipall.ch?domain=216.109.116.239. Sound fishy (I mean phishy) to you? :)

If it eases your concerns further, I got one of these messages over a month and a half ago and I'm still on Yahoo. :)

Legit. Some people haven't liked what you said.

I answered a question and they removed it. It said the same thing to respond but all I kept getting was automated answers to all my emails. There's no one there.

And I could really have used those 2 point to put milk in the fridge, darn yahoo!

I tried the link and when I went to type in my username, the automated fill-it-in popped up. THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO ME ON YAHOO! Ignore it, someone is trying to obtain your yahoo password.

Sounds legitimate to me. This is not a chat service and if you want to chat then there are plenty of avenues to pursue that. I hope that answers your query. Good luck!
