My goldfish eats everything, including the other goldfish, the frogs, and any plant near it. Which did include water lilies at one point but after the fish killed the plants I didn't buy more lilies....too expensive.

No they don't eat water lilies, they like lilies for the shade and oxygen it give the pond along with whatever they find to eat on the lilies

Yes they will. My goldfish ate every plant I put in the pond. They especially loved the water lettuce.
And just like AmunRa said, mine also killed other fish, frogs, and chewed the attennae off the snails. (Are those things on snails called antennae? Whatever they're called, they must've been tasty.)

mine dont eat water lilys but they tend to suck on them maybe invest in pond snails to clean out the bacteria

yes they do feed them more you should feed the amount of food they can consume in 2 minutes twice a day they will then stop
unless their koi then they eat everything

they will eat at the edges until it goes brown and then move on, just like most fish outthere they will try anything once.

Not here in Vermont! Maybe if you broke it up so it looked like fish flakes, they would eat them.
