When I opened this I totally read that as "Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie"... but now that it's just between the Hilton sisters this is easier. Nikki by a mile... she's actually doing something decent and staying out of the spot light instead of doing as Paris is doing and just showing up everywhere!

I would say Nicky Hilton... at least she opened her own handbag business and went to college, unlike her stupid sister, Paris, who is getting more fame than her for being an airheaded skank.
