If you are referring to "The Zombie Survival Guide", by Max Brooks, then yes I own it. It has too much zombie info to post here, though. But I will tell you this. Armor of any kind is useless. Kevelar, plate mail, chain mail, all of it. The best thing is tight clothes and short hair, so zombies can't grab hold of you. For more information, buying the book would be a good idea. It may save your life.
