Are you serious?
If anybody on the aircraft sees you doubling over you will be ejected from the plane. You should NOT be flying; if you burst, the aircraft will have to make an emergency landing and inconvenience everybody else. What about people going to weddings or job interviews? How can you put their plans at risk?
I hope you would feel guilty if you caused someone to miss a funeral or other once-in-a-lifetime event.
If you know you have such a serious medical condition I am surprised you do not have a surgery date (like today). BTW the pressure is lower on an aircraft, equivalent to the atmosphere at 7000 feet. Have you ever been to the Sierras or Yosemite? It feels a lot different up there!

Also, call the airline and ask about getting rescheduled. For a medical emergency they might help you out for free or for $50 (policy varies wildly).

If you have acute appendicitis rather than flying your doctor should be scheduling you for surgery. This condition can erupt into complications quickly and normally requires surgical removal within 24 hours of the symptoms beginning.

Flying with this condition is and should be unadvisable by your physician. Please check with him/her before departing.

If you are a sickly person you will have to be operated before you board an airplane.

if you have acute appendicitis it would be better for you to stay on the ground in a hospital
