I have moved here recently and am renting now, but would like to buy within the year. I am not interested in going outside the beltway. Do you guys expect these outrageous prices to keep at their level (if not higher)? Where can I buy a three or four bedroom, two and a half bath, in good shape, for no more than $600K, close to public transportation, or is that delusional? I really like the city better than the burbs.

The peak is over. So when your ready in a year this should be a good time to purchase. The purchsers that bought to flip, over bought, adjustable rate loans and interest only loans will begin to shake out. Be ready to purchase in any location that is suitable for you. Downtown and near george town are always going to stay hot. If that doesn't suit your budget look around near south capitol street where the new construction is. This should prove to be an investment in the future when the riff raft continues to be pushed out!

based upon your constrained descriptions, i will see why you're actually not getting any help. It has scam written throughout it. it is how a common scam works. you have an unidentified customer which will purchase the development. there is an unspoken objective (of the customer) of no longer figuring out to purchase it yet by some potential reselling it and taking the earnings. you're actually not a advertisement actual sources agent, it is will develop a huge challenge. Why does not your 'customer' touch an journey agent in his united states of america and enable him guard the negotiations with DC advertisement brokers?
