i have a desent uncle who i have never seen for years ,who name,is mentioned in this email,their could be a lot of these same names,but i don,t find it very nice how can i find out if it is true

These people are simply money launderers. They claim to want to give you a decent percentage of their total of so many millions - when in fact it will be YOU paying THEM (so called expenses and such like). And a lot of the mails like this I have received are from African countries - very POOR African countries - and it's always from either a Professor/Doctor/Judge/Attorney and the like - so the best thing is to ignore them - delete them immediately...don't get sucked in - I used to mail them back saying I've forwarded their mail to Scotland Yard's Fraud Dept - and they go very quiet again - wonder why??

Details of this nature should only come from a solicitor acting for the deceased through post or newspaper ads looking for relatives not through an e-mail.
Try a solicitor for advice they give you a free half hour might be helpful

It's not true. Any correspondence which is legal is done by post, usually registered post.
No reputable solicitor would contact beneficiaries of a will by email.

no one would contact you by email, especialy about a death, that would be too unprofessional and too insensitive
