Yes, You have already in your computer it and it is MS Netmeeting.
If you have WinXP than just type on your run "conf" and setup netmeeting for your intranet.

You can download the latest version of Yahoo Messenger . It has a Call button which enables you to have very high quality voice chat and also you can leave voice messages if the person you want is not online .

voice chat... welll yahoo! and msn messengers are always there but the best score goes to skype. download it use it for pc-pc(free) or pc-phone(paid)
