Rahul Dravid. is an all time captain for Indian Team.

The chances are as follows.

Australia - Their form is dangerous from a decade

South Africa - Their side has the best gifted all rounders and have good spirit

India - They also have chance of winning it if they get hold in bowling department as all are youngsters (nedd practise)

Pakistan - They have a good combination of youth and experience. The back bones (Haq, Younis, Yousuf) of batting are very important for their team to get the world cup. Thwy also have a good bowling line-up with Asif firing at the top.

Sri Lanka - Inspite of their downfall after the series in India, they got into the track and are playing nicely.

NewZealand - One should not underestimate this team as this team has some good bowling attack.

England - This is the team that had come to finals more number of times and not winning the cup. They are in deep trouble as their players often get injuries.

Of all Australia, South Africa and India are having more chance of winning this world cup. I am an Indian and I hope India will win it under the captaincy of " The Great Wall " (of India), Rahul Dravid.

So after mentioning the above reasons, I feel that Dravid has the chance to lift the world cup and he will.

Hope you like this.

Yeah. He sets examples to other cricketers by batting well & fielding well. He took some astonishing catches not only as captain but also as non-captaining India.

Dravid is a very good captain. He too is innocent with his batting .. he shows the example to other cricketers and future cricketeres. He is really the wall of Indian Cricket

why not he proved himself a better captain, by scoring on regular basis and by not taking extra burdon of captancy while batting. about liftting world cup 2007 alot depends on team performance cricket is not one man game its a team event and if team will perform well then why not. i love to see india liftting the world cup.

yes he will because a captain is the one who takes responsibility on his shoulders and we have seen rahul managing it very well in the past few series.i think the wall again will stand tall and mr.dependable is ready for all the challenges and once again he surely will prove his consistency and will make a mark on the indian cricket.
