I am looking for a source, raked triple tree. I want to lower the ride height. Can anyone help with a source of parts, or comment on how else to lower the ride height.

raked trees will not give you very much lowering ability - try a fork kit instead....

Raked triple trees are made for use with extended fork tubes, as an alternative to raking the frame. So the raked trees have the same effect as raking the frame with the option of being able to return to stock rake by putting the stock trees back on. They will not help with lowering the bike and may adversly effect the steering if used with stock tubes.

If you lower the front you will make bike unstable unless you lower the rear to match.
I think JC Whitney sells Honda lowering blocks for rear (as long as its earlier twin shock model)
Depending on your mechanical skills, best thing to do to front is
1. get someone to balance bike on its wheels
2. jack up front end and remove fork caps
3. lower bike until forks are fully compressed, check for clearance to radiator, etc (turn from one side to other)
4. measure distance from dust seal on slider to bottom of bottom yoke (lower triple tree)
5. jack bike back up to remove weight from front
6. raise fork tube thorough yokes amount you measured
7. re-fit fork springs and tighten everything up to torque spec.
It isnt usually possible to lower front more than about 1"
You will also loose some clearance when cornering.

Remember, when you alter ride height you may drastically alter the handling on your bike. 1982 bikes didn;t handle all that well to begin with, and you may get an unstable bike, so be careful.
