I tried the Google approach myself to see how I could do to find the information you desire. I took, for example, rice....and then started entering key words to find information on your list. I found (so far anyway) that you won't find everything you need at just one or two websites, as the other answerer already indicated. You'll have to experiment. I used key words such as 'where is rice grown' and came up with a pretty good and informative site:
http://mnmn.essortment.com/ricegrown_oah.htm

As I jump from one site to the other I find that each counry that grows rice may have different climate conditions, some different soil types, etc, and they have to make their own adaptations for a large crop yield. You may have to discuss regional differences in your paper.

It will take a litte time on your part, but by taking each crop as an independant search and then being creative with key words, I think you can find what you need.

Key words like: agriculture, growing conditions, crop yields, soil, growing environment, how to grow rice, things like that.

#1. Google it.

For maize: google it
For wheat: google it
For rice: google it

#2. For etc.: google it

You'll be so proud of yourself after you do this yourself. You won't be a lazy slug trying to get other people to do your work.

You might try going to your state agriculture web site. That should get you started in the right direction if it does not answer your specific question. mine is--www.ldaf.state.la.us

Hope this helps you out.
