A nice glass of cold water. Every other drink is water-based, so why not just stop at the tap and fill up a glass without all those extra additives that come in a soda or energy drink. The only exception I would make to the water-only rule is electrolyte solutions, i.e. sports drinks, because they replenish your natural elements more completely than water. Other than that, everything else either doesn't do it as well, or actually makes you thirstier (soda for example).

It all depends what you do during the day. Do you exercise hard, do you take a sauna. If you do you probably should mix a little electrolytes in your daily intake of fluids. Otherwise just water.
But remember if you drink coffee.. you have to drink another cup of water to make up for it, and if you drink beer, the same story goes.
