Why is E4 and More4 not free on freesat but free-to-air on freeview, given that Filmfour will be?

Channel Four & Channel Five are still using the same satellite as SKY use to transmit & therefore pay SKY for the privelidge.
BBC & ITV have gone 'Free to Air' by switching satellites. So effectively you still need to pay in SKY's eyes to watch those channels.

There is a cluster of satellites that make the Astra 2D signal.

Ring channel 4 or your provider and demand it be free.
