Xbox 360 just to clarify

I think the price is alright (there is also a $500) because xbox in the 360 you have to pay 50 a year for online where as the PS3 if free, Blu-ray capability which is worth $900. better backward capability than the 360's eluminator. but it is real up to you if you like role-playing games get the PS3, if you like first-person shooter get the 360 and if you like 3rd party games get the Wii.

The ps3 is going to be the best game console ever. But wait for the prices to go down. I think 600 is too much. The Wii is not that good but the Xbox 360 is good, but not as good as the ps3. Sony has the most reputed name is gaming consoles so, better trust Sony.

I've heard the Xbox360 is not that great. Just what I've heard. Nintendo's standing in the gaming world is shaky as it is. I personally would still go with the Xbox360 and The Wii, mostly for the games you can only get with them. Without them, no Halo, no Mario, no Zelda, no...etc. Sony is lacking in any strong defining intellectual trademarks, which makes it a weaker choice in my mind.

NO WAY! Get an Xbox360 and a Wii, and maybe a DS and/or PSP, and ignore the PS3 until they lower the price...and that first poster, Colin W, is an idiot. He obviously is old and/or uncool, because everyone knows that internet and gaming culture is what is cool now.

To king_of _hyrule: Age has nothung to do with it. I'm 48 and love to play video games. It's escapism at its finest. To answer the question, I'd go with the 360 and wait for the ps3 to drop their price.

Don't Buy PS3!!!
For less and cheaper price, buy Xbox 360 that doesn't include Hard Drive.
