They're all a bunch of publicity seeking tossers.
Was that too strong?

i think they are having the time of their lives just being a partner of a footballer. Being able to buy designer clothes, have a fabulous house and meet other celebrities. However some of them are so stuck up like Victoria Beckham. When do we ever see her smile? She's a witch.
The only WAGs that seem to be nice are Colleen and Cheryl. Don't know about the others. The reason i say Colleen and Cheryl is because they are making use of their fame by working, we all know Cheryl is in Girls Aloud meaning she earns her own money and Colleen does a magazine column. so that way they aren't as gold diggers.
The girl that dates Joe Cole is a fitness instructor but i bet she is a getting a tiny wage so she'll spend some of his money so as Peter Crouch's girl. Even Frank Lampard's Elen Rives (Lampard is so gorgeous!! he he!) and Alex Curran- Gerrard's fiance.
In a way i don't see it as a crime for women to spend their husband's money but since they don't need to work a day in their life why don't they just be more motherly? Be with their kids publicly, coz in the world most of them went clubbing every night and then spent most of their days with their man. Or even do some charity work coz that way i would never cuss them and they would have to be fed up with people talking about them negatively, people will definitely respect them more

Most are ok but some wags think that footballers should only go with rich and famous women. Its a bit of a dillemma how rich and successful women wouldnt entertain a bloke from the lower classes even if they they from the gutter themselves, whilst men seem to remember their roots, I think the certain wags who are already rich are just avaricious mean and shallow.

I don't really have an opinion on them, they are people living their lives how they choose, just like I am.
So on that thought I would have to answer, they have their own worries that are probably not the same of my world, since I do not follow Football. But I could relate to their husbands being gone for long periods of time for work.

It's just an excuse for the media to send 2 reporters abroad for a jolly instead of one - now the fashion reporter has to go as well as the sport reporter!
Or is it proof that someone is spending all that money for some thing better than booze and fast cars?

Up until then I had no idea what WAG stood for. Accidentlal learning courtesy of you and yahoo, thanks.
Ps, I think they ought to stop trying to be famous just cos their hubbies can kick a ball around.
All brass and no class

They exist. They might be nice, they might not - I don't know them.
I find all the attention that they get ridiculous though - it is part of the media's (and presumably our) fascination with celebrity whatever the reason for fame. A bit sad really, but not their fault.
