If you touch a dropped lamp and feel an electric current going through ur hands.Does this mean u are going to have a delayed electric shock and the minute you touch a different ground or some conducter like water ur going to activate the charge.How do you deactivate an electric charge once u touch something wrong?I dropped my lamp and iam convinced that i got an electric current running through my body and the minute i leave my room im going to get electricuted?is this possible?

No such thing. The human body can't store a charge such as you describe. The only charge it can store is a small static charge such as the one you get from rubbing your shoes on the rug and then getting a shock from touching a metal object.
