Chocolate Ripple Log - take a chocolate biscuit and cover in sweetened cream. Repeat with more biscuits and stack one on top of another. Cover the entire log with more cream, then sprinkle grated coconut or a grated Cherry Ripe bar over the top. Place the log in the fride overnight to allow the cream to soften the biscuits.
