Every day has births. According to the US Census, 356,000 people are born each day.

If you want to check it, go to a library or a hospital records for births, and verify that someone was born each day of the week.

http://www.worldometers.info/ shows a running total of people born each day along with a lot of other stats.

Consider that leap years only happen once every four years. That day, Feb 29, is the least likely to have people born on it. Yet people are born on Feb 29.

It might make an interesting basis for a story, though, a day that suddenly nobody is born.
