not enuf info, you didn't say how many miles in the afternoon, evening, or night. do you always go the same direction or do you run in a zig zag or like a circle route.... what is the TOTAL miles run each day
these are all factors that have to be taken into consideration before any advise can be safely offered.
what time of day is it right now for example.
anyone who can run 5 miles in a morning maybe run 25-30 miles a day
what day do you need to be home?
or will you even be coming back?
