Actually, this is an interesting question and somewhat loaded too - specially when it comes to social, political, judicial, moral, religious and formally undecidable type propositions. My answer would be: I don't believe so, since "correct" has always been and will continue to be a function of time, generally-accepted consensus, and numerous other variables. Take the Israeli-Arab conflict, for instance: Is the one side always on the right (or the wrong for that matter)? Can killing, mayhem and inhumanity (obviously practiced by both sides) always be defended and justified (in the name, and on the basis of whatever)? The human race is NOT evolved enough yet to be fully correct about anything - even our Exact Sciences (the closest things we have to fully/universally correct FACTS) have not yet achieved such lofty status; imagine the rest! ... Knowledge based on the Absolute has usually proved to be a disastrous path for humanity.

Not possible in every case. Moreover who will decide what is right and what is wrong? The circumstances and time are also important factors. Minimize errors - that's all we can do.
