Vinegar will work, eventually. There's many products you can use, avaliable at your local pool store that are designed to be pool or spa firendly. The one thing that everyone is omitting is what to use to apply it with. If the spa is an acryllic (most stand alone's are) , use a kitchen scrubbie, those usually green plastic scouring pads. Don't forget to wear gloves.

by adding fluorine bleach, if not u can remove it easily by washing it,if not heat the empty tub slightly then the layer which is formed is removed by itself

vinegar will take it off, or use an anti cal product..
