Wow, so many places are beautiful...how do you choose? The places that stand out for me from my travels include snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef, Australia for sheer spectacle of life and colour. The Austrian Alps for the grandeur. The view of New York at dusk from the Empire State building as the lights of the city twinkle while the sun sets.The Royal Palace in Bangkok, Thailand for the fantastic artistry. The rice paddy terraces in Bali, Indonesia for the human endeavour.

Without a doubt :The himalayas
why?
Because you have everything from incredible mountains ,views ...from glaciers that start at 8000 meters to the ganges streaming thru the foothills in the beautifull hills of darjeeling all the way thru incredible india to calcutta in the hima..you have Nepal ,inndia,pakistran and the most beautigfull andmagical country of all :BHUTAN..the foothills include the headhunters country and land of the mists...the wild jungle up to the burmeswe border where the only thing to eat is raw rat...and where people dont use money but barter with opium,there are 111 tribes in arunachal pradesh alone, from darjeeling trek to fallut (4 days) the view of mount everest,nepal,sikkim the highest mountain in Bhutan and the right in your face K3 are simply to much beauty..Me a worldtraveller for 20 years thought I was going insane with beauty;
Of course in these mighty and higest mountains in the world..you ll find..at 4000 meters in the middle of nowhere hot springs!
can you imagne sitting in a hot natiural bath at 5000 meters with your friend and all around you are snowcapped 7000 m + mountains,silence a wild yak...and beauty beyond believe!

The mountains the water the trees the peacefulness. Love it.

I would either say Hawaii, or South Beach, Miami. Search for pictures, and no I've never been to either sadly. Planning on it in the near future though.
