Inside shoe was down to metal, left inside of rotor pretty bad! Outside pad on the other hand, looked to be roughly a month old! That is drivers side front tire! Passgr side not near as bad, but inside pad wore more than outside! Could it be the seals in the caliper or possibly a pressure prob??

sticky pistons due to air in your system. you will need to bleed the the system properly. With the calipers still in place open the bleed valve and leaver the old pads back so the pistons go fully home. Do this to every piston. Caution do not put your foot on the brake pedal if you have the calipers away from the rotor or you will blow the seals. Now fit your new pads. Then give the entire system a compete bleed (each wheel until no bubbles) ensure that you allow no air at all back into the pistons as this will give you the same problem again.

First start out by having the slides for the caliper cleaned and lubricated. The caliper has to be able to move away from the rotor slightly when released. While it's apart have the caliper checked to make sure the piston is moving freely in and out of it's bore.

The whole caliper could be jammed where the caliper fit to the bracket that fit to the axle. That causes the caliper housing to be non-moving and only the piston move further as the pad on the piston side wear. Wish I could draw a picture to show what I mean.

could also have been a bad pad.
That happened on my buddy's focus. He had a bad pad on the inside right front tire. The meat fell off and left only the backing. Caused quite a bit of damage.
If you can prove it's the pad's fault, you can probably get the brake job done for free.

you need to find a good honest brake,rotor mechanic to adjust the brakes,bleed them, could be the brake caliber is sticking from lack of proper adjustment. if the rotor is worn bad on the inside or outside you need to have the rotors shaved also.

Bad alignment of the tires!!! The front strut maybe broken, or bent. Maybe the last time ya got a brake job they ripped ya off!
