Like others said, I worry more about those I'll leave behind, and the actuall dieing part... thats gotta suck, I hope its quick! ( no offers please)
AS for what comes after... I have experienced too much in my life Not to believe in reincarnation. I KNOW it happens. At some point, perhaps we move on, to another plain. if we've learned what we need to. Which, by the way, If I remember past lives and i'm still here, apparently I have a ways to go.
IN short, to answer your question (thats what we are here for, right?) No... its the dieing part that scares me, not what comes after.
I am not a christian... I believe that we (all life, not just human) are part of the energy of this world, we shift, transfer, change and learn, and maybe someday move on.

I think most people at some point wonder about this - along with why am I here, where did I come from, there must be more to it than this life & if there is a God wouldn't he reveal himself? Well he has! Look around at nature, at the delicate balance of the universe and (if you research the physics and cosmology and biology) - it truly is amazing at the complexity and interrelation of factors that allow life to exist. Now either you believe this is a random occurence of unrelated purposeless events (in which case there is no such thing as wrong and right) - or that there is a creator. Not only is this evident through the natural world/universe but through the life of Jesus - who claimed to be God, and demonstrated this through his life and miracles. Jesus promised life to all who believe in Him - and so that we might know this to be true he showed that he had the power to do so by coming back to life after crucifixtion. Now - people will probably scoff at this view - but it makes more sense and more certainty than any other view of our life and purpose. There is no need to be ignorant of what is after death - the answers can all be found in any of the four gospels.

I don't worry about what happens to my soul or spirit after I die.
Although there are occasions where I get into a focused mindset pondering how I might float in some other dimension or some other higher state of being.
Of course that gets too far-fetched.
I mostly worry about how I'm going to live... before I die.

I really really do worry. A lot. I dont want to die and I thnk its terrifying thought. What happens? Do you know you're dying or not? Do you know if you go to heaven/hell or not? Do we get reborn as someone else? I really hate the thought of it. I dont want to die and hope by the time I am old, there will be a way of not dying lol

Of course I worry about what will happen when I die, I'll be an idiot not to. For example, what would happen to my friends and family when I'm gone? Who would look after them?

i believe most people do. it's part of the human condition. so is avoiding such an emotional subject. this is one of the reasons religion has such a great following.
should there be a life after death then there's no worries, but this can't be known whilst we're alive.
assume that there isn't and live life to the fullest, achieve all that you can, and leave behind your memories as they are really what you are.

Why worry one of four things will happen; 1. Heaven: 2. Hell; 3. Nothing, 4: Reincarnation.
It is all about what you believe.

Not partcicularly. However I worry about what will happen with my family. That's my concern. The pain they would go through etc. I'd rather not think about it. Its Sunday, lets be optimistic and drop the negative thoughts, hey...

My son died suddenly of meningitis at age 20 years old, 4 years ago, so of course I worry about him. Have you ever loved someone that you would worry about?
Have you really thought about this question seriously?
Perhaps you have low self-esteem, so find it difficult to care about yourself and others.
