MS Dhoni cant be the captain in the Lankan series. Firstly he lacks leadership qualities, Secondly if he was the captain and the teamis under pressure he may get tensed a go to a wrong way anf lastly he is not that much experinced as the others.

No it is not possible for any other person till R Dravid retires.
Even though if he retires the captain would be Viru and Yuvi as per the experience and vice captaincy considered.
So why do you want him to be a captain. He is a DYNAMITE of India so wish him to blast and not to become the captain.
Any way MS Dhoni is the future captain for team India.

u talkin about him bing the captain of indian CRICKET team? it must not b criucket..dunno abt other sports..that how well does he play them...n how experienced he is...but if u a somehow talkin abt crkt...theres a big NOOOOOOo to ur question....not now and not ever....even if he most unlikely goes on to play for 10 more yeras...he wont be eading the side...indians do have far more better brains then dhoni....and i am afraid...u indians are again creating too much fuss...and suddenly dhoni is ur hero and everything...but thats what u guys do wrong...u did it with zaheer khan...he cant even find a place in the national side 2day...u did it with irfan pathan...saying that hes the best in the business and a waasim akram in making and what not....aND NOW HE IS NOT EVEN AMONG THE FIRST CHOICE BOWLERS FOR INDIA...there has 2 b a balance in what u guys do 2 a player...n make him climb the skies...no doubt dhoni is a damn good player..a real threat to any team...but am afraid if this continues....u indians will again be searchin for a wkt keeper...n then we might have a queation postd here....can parthiv patel b the captain???

Nevertheless.
If India is through to the finals in the early stages, then Dravid might rest & Virender Sehwag will be captain.
Dhoni can be only if India's playing against teams like Zimbabwe, etc (in the Champions Trophy this year, Dhoni could be the captain)

NO WAY! i mean i would don't mind him be'n the captain, but Dravid will be here untill his first World Cup as a captain, and i think that is the best chose for the team at the moment.

no , when dravid is doing his job better than anyone else, why you want dhony to give this Bordon. let dravid to handle this for moment. then there is shewag, yuvraj, and kaif etc to do this job in his absence. let dhony to concentrate on wicket-keeping and batting in his extra-ordinary and unique stile
