I'm trying to stay up all day tomorrow to get my sleeping pattern back on track. What are some good outdoor activities that won't cost me anything?

swimming, hiking, sight seeing, bicycling, people watching, parks, or just go walking.

I think swimming would be your best alternative due to the fact that you are trying to get your sleep pattern straight(been there one to many times I feel for ya) swimming will exhaust your body without the major feeling of working out plus the sun will act as a natural high(been proven look it up) by the time you get through you will be ready for a good meal and a bed.

aw ha ha the good old days!! right up my alley!!

frisbee with a friend is my all time favorite
if you have kids hide and seek out side
(dusk to dark time) Flash light tag all you do is hit the person withthe beam and say his/her name and your out before they can run in and tag the free base. if little kids are playing they can tag you by hitting you with the light beam and the grown ups have to do both hit them with the light beam and tap them out
oh and if you run faster then your kids please let the catch you sometimes thanks

or you could go fly a kite! no I am not telling YOU hahaha
I got one of those trick kites that has the guild bar on it and two control strings that is so fun
