i was a searchin a bus but i didnt find enything,any information

The bus system is your best bet. You might check flights there may be flights into skopje. I been in the airport there several times its not to bad.

I'm surprised that you didn't find bus. There must be some!! If not try some to Belgrad and than catch one to Skopje, there're plenty...
