Does every news organization have its own agenda, or is there a genuinely informative source out there somewhere?

Some news organizations are better than average, although it's hard to know how close they are actually getting to the 'facts.' And many are ok to excellent on some issues but unreasonably biased on others.

My approach is to read many different and varied sources on an issue and look for the bits they manage to agree on. It's hard work but I'd rather make the effort than be mis-informed.

I also realise that my view is always subject to my own biases and try to look past them. And I *never* think that I have the truth.

Try watching if yo ucan get it...BBC1 and BBC2...the news in the USA is watered down we have a corrupt society and the newscaster appear lik eidots...playing all so proper...it is sickening. glad I have cable that allows me the other slant on the news...the mothers and I am one who have sons in Iraq woudl scream if they knew the truth. Oh..wpouldntr it be nice to have an intelligent head of state? one who can speak correctly? AND write his own speaches...people theyu are trying to snow us, but guess what? it is NOT working. It has now been urged that everyone get a passport to LEAVE america....land of the wht? FREE? that is like wanting to pay a ballon payment on a wrecked Buick along the sands of the ganges in lieu of using your head...people...startpaying attention. only 7% of americans have them....pretty sad huh? I rest my case for now.
Oh..BTW I have cancer and the state of Ohio I live in will NOT biopsy me. it is my insurance. I dould be dead in 6 weeks, or two years. it is sad, but i am heqadstrong and refuse to be treated like asecond class citizen in a third world country...... Yes Honest news DOES exist. Yo uhave just ben told by me, whom you will never meet...that I watch it.....band radios are great for it too.....they call Ohio the heartland...it is the hearltless land.....i have never been treated so poorly in my life.
What they fail to know is that I can read 8 books a day..naturally..... I AM Informed.
Lastly always have a plan B and C for your family in the event of a disaster. I was suppose to bne in one of the twin towers the day 911 happened. I live with purpose dignity and pride....thogh quite ill....I willabide. I WILL MAKE IT......Thanks.

From my perspective no. Seems like all the media outlets keep spinning stories to promote whatever their political beliefs are. Pretty much your only choice is to find a media outlet that has political views somewhat close to yours and hope they're not manipulating the truth too much.

The closest you're gonna get to fair unbiased non subliminal news. Even though Moody is a bible based institution, their news somehow still remains complete and uncut, unflavored, non-partisaned. I was very surprised by that.
