Well, I've done it in every room of the house, on the floor, outside, on top of the fridge (long story), in the car (front seat and back, once while driving), on the car, in the back room at a restaurant (another long story), on a railroad bridge, up against a building, laying down in the snow (I wouldn't recommend that), and probably 15 or 20 other places I can't come up with right now... My favorite place is definitely in a bed.
Why? Because after you're done, you can just lay down and catch your breath, it's a nice comfy place, not too cold, nobody watching, it's just... better.

Before the kids came along...my wife and I used every room in the house. Now, we have to stick to the bedroom for privacy. shame.
