This old lady boss of mine insults anyone and everyone whenever and wherever she pleases sometimes even visitors about anything even non-job related matters.

I wouldnt take her crap id just plainly get her in trouble for herrassment and quit you can find a better job with respectful workers if you have a human resource go to them to fix the matter

No, you should not get even with your boss who insulted you because you will get fired.
If you really want to get even, find another job and give her a two-weeks notice. Leave her is the only acceptable way of getting even. Remember, she is doing this to everyone, so she is not discriminating against you.

okay for one she old. shes jealous of your youth . and tell her her insults make you uncomfortable and if she doesnt stop youre going to have to talk to the bigger management overtop of her . she cannot fire you unless you dont come to work, dont do your job or dont do anything illegal at the job or insult anyone in there but you can talk to head management. she cant fire you for that. they might fire herand as for the customers shes supposed to be friendly! thats whats keeps a paycheck in her pocket! if i was you i would have my family member come inand tell them about the situation so they can see what shes doing and youll have a witness but dont tell anyone its a family member. play if off like its a customer.
