Cold. See you can do something about cold. You can dress professionally and be fit for a cold day by slapping on a coat and hat. Hot, there's nothing you can do about it. You can't go to a business meeting and be comfortable in a suit on a hot day. I'll trade 1 east coast summer day for 50 oregon rainy days. I'll stay right where I am thank you.

I once asked a Dutchman if he prefers cold or hot weather.
He says cold weather is best, you can chose to keep warm by putting on clothes. with hot weather you still hot if you are naked.
Can agreed more.

cold-in my state of arizona we have hot weather about 7 months out of the year, so when it finally cools downs it's really nice to enjoy the outdoors and wear my jeans and sweaters.

Cold, you live longer in cold weather, there's less germs and bacteria in the cold.

Hot is OK if it's not too humid, but hot and humid is a killer. Cold and dry is OK, but cold and wet is a killer. So, if it's hot and dry or cold and dry, I'll take either hot or cold, but if it's hot and wet and cold and wet, I'll take cold and wet over hot and wet.

Perfer cold . I can always put more clothes on when its cold. can never take off enough when its really hot.

I live in the desert southwest where it is almost ALWAYS hot, so I prefer a nice cool day now & then
