live forever, because in america, with a good work ethic, good decision making, and self control, you can become rich in a very short time. then i could enjoy my money forever.

Since I absolutely would not want to live forever, I would have to take the second option, but I wouldn't like that one either.
Living forever is a vain and silly desire. Who wants to do that? There would be a lot of repetition, same old same old, and there is no guarantee that things would ever improve. So this is not for me. I'm glad life ends and is over.
Being rich is an illusion. How short a time? A minute? Day? Week? Month? Year? Decade? Maybe a decade would be worth it, but nothing less than that.
So: forget it. I wouldn't want either of your options.

Be rich for a short time. Living forever would get boring as well as be too sad having to lose everyone you love.

Living forever would get soooo dull Id hate it what are you gonna do and what if you got a disease which was really painful but you still couldnt die!!! What are you gonna do by the 1millionth sunday afternoon!!! No dieing is the way forward but only when your ready
As for being rich for a short time id just give it all to charity

In a sense I have a choice like this. I can love the world and lie down in torment went I leave it or I can love the Lord and have His riches plus live forever....good deal huh?

Be rich for a short time, because I seriously doubt that I could ever experience that in any other way and I don't really want to live forever anyway.
Can you tell I've thought about that one before?

I would choose the first one. Because If I live long live I can make a fortune , but I can not a and extra minute if I am rich and wanna live more.

I would rather be rich for a short time; why?
I could put aside money to put my kid through college, and then live as I do now.

Live forever of course - do you have any idea how many poeple I could annoy by living forever oh the fun would just never end.
