u shoul search for ENABLE/DISABLE USB PORT is one of the screens

Best bet is to disconnect the hardware jumper block from motherboard. USB still detectable during POST before getting disabled in BIOS after POST.

Bootable USB harddisk still can possibly override BIOS setup managed by a hacker.
