Sounds like a rather broad request...
If it's been graded, I would guess that you're supposed to write about what you did to deserve the grade you got.
Or, graded or not, it could be a show of whether you understood what the project was supposed to teach you. Write about what you learned and why you think your teacher had you do the assignment.
