how can i make the translation appear <inorder> while the m,ovie playing?

i downloaded a movie but its not dvd type, and i downloaded the subtitle for it, but when i play it, the film and the sound of the people is inappropriat, some thing wong with it, how can i make the movie, and translation, work well? if there a program to solve this program which is it?

the movie act slowly than usuall when i play it

download a KMP to play the movie
it has a function to manually adjust the procession of subtitle to that of the movie
