From when I was 14-20 years old I masturbated 2-3 times daily. I am now 20 and I am incapable of getting an erection. I have lost al sexual feeling and it feels like when i touch my arm now, nothing. Also, my penis is showing isgns of aging and getting wrinkles. I am embarrassed and scared to talk to women bc I then I remember I won't be able to have sex with them. What can I do to get my feeling/erections back?

2-3 times per day is a bit high. Try to ween yourself off that habit. I would advise not touching yourself for a solid month then go back to it but maybe only 2-3 times a week, not a day. Masturbation is great in moderation. Another tip if you do restore the sensations down there, try masturbating in different ways. If you always lay down, stand up, if your also beating your meat like it stole something try something a little llighter and maybe not even touch your wang at all, maybe try nipple stimulation or anal stimulation if you want to get adventurous. Anyways just try step one first, don't touch yourself for any sexual gratification at all for an entire month. See where you stand after that. There is a healthy balance between jerking off like a mad man and being a monk.
