You might need to see a doctor... spinach has a lot of iron in it. Certain grain products do, too.

How can you donate blood so often? You are only supposed to donate once every 56 days - once every other month. Are you using a fake id? And don't they test you first to see if your iron is OK? Are you doing this for money? You need to take an iron supplement to rebuild your red blood cells. Make sure that if you use a supplement you read the label and it contains more than the daily minimum requirement. Most multivitamins do not contain iron or contain the minimum. There are a lot of foods that will increase your iron - especially red meats like liver (yuk) and raisins also. Make sure you take your iron with a glass of orange juice. That will help you absorb the iron. Blood donors are desperately needed and appreciated - but not at the expense of your health.

You need an iron supplement. I suppose you could buy some from a health food store.

Lay off the blood donatins as well. You're body is fighting to make up the amount.

Consult a Doctor. Do not donate blood too often. Eat green leafy
vegetables and fruits. You have to take iron supplements along
with mulivitamins daily.

IRON makes you sleepy????? Never heard of that one. Doesn't make me one bit sleepy!

Take a good MULTI-VITAMIN PLUS FERROUS IRON TABLET DAILY!!!

Consult your doctor for other forms of Iron replacement.
